Graduate Account Executive

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
Following an intensive induction program you will have the opportunity to work with the major blue chip household retail brands that we all know and respect. Making a difference to their market share and brand awareness.
Training will involve an element of mentoring as well as allowing you the freedom to demonstrate your talent. Spending time with key management and being mentored on key client accounts you will work with some of the best in the industry before being given your own key tasks and projects to be a part of and eventually work on.
Starting duties will involve day to day management of client communications in and out of the company. You are responsible for structure, content and accuracy and quality of all formal communications provided, providing clear information on all briefs agreed with clients. Obtaining clear instructions from appointed account personnel and translating instructions into creative briefs for particular departments. You are also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of profit on all work undertaken. This includes managing time allocation in the studio, project management charges, where applicable, and ensuring the company standard margin is applied and communicated, as a minimum, on all purchases.
HOURS OF WORK: 9 – 5.30PM – 1 HOUR LUNCH
HOLIDAY: 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing an extra day each year up to a maximum of 27
