Graduate Account Manager
• Full driving licence and own transport (Desirable but not essential)
• Be able to liaise with customers and employee’s in a professional manner
• Clear and confident communication skills both written and verbal

They are currently looking to recruit a dynamic, professional graduate to join their Nationwide Independent Company. The successful candidate will be driven, ambitious and keen to start their career with a forward thinking and ever evolving business.
Starting on a bespoke training programme the successful candidate will spend time in each area of the business getting to understand the company, products and services including:
The candidate will be based within the Internal Sales Team in Northampton, taking on responsibility for dealing with enquiries, dealing with pricing and client account management. This is a challenging role where no day is ever the same. It is vital the successful candidate can adapt and react to client’s needs.
Head Office (Birmingham) – all area’s including Marketing, HR and Finance.
Product Training – with Specialists and Suppliers
External Sales – attending client visits with the Account Managers.
Warehouse & Distribution – introduction to logistics operations.
Progress will be monitored by the Sales Office Manager and Area Director with more responsibility being taken as knowledge is developed.
There are excellent development opportunities here with the main direction focusing on either management within the business or external Account Management.
