Graduate Consultant – Education sector

Salary: 
Circa £18,000 plus £3000 car allowance

Description of Role: 

Working in the education sector, you will work in the commercial area of the business, involved in a broad range of activities to maximise the company’s market penetration in the UK. Please note this company work across the globe.

You will be provided with a thorough training and development program that will ensure you have a full understanding of the products, the client base within education and supported to achieve as an individual and team.

• Maintain a record of leads and pending orders through our pipeline system on CRM
• Make proactive calls to schools/colleges to maximise revenue from leads, following up
• Going out to visit schools and colleges to demonstrate what the technology can offer and developing relationships
• Contact schools to invite to events such as breakfast seminars and exhibitions
• Attend external events to maintain the presence of the business to customers and follow up sales opportunities as they arise from these events
• Maintain accurate and complete sales administration and after-sales documentation to ensure efficient customer base targeting and maintenance
• Manage a territory. Determine a contact strategy with key Las/Schools for customer care visits within territory, in order to retain, build relationships and develop new sales opportunities in line with company sales cycle to achieve targets
• Lead a proportion of the breakfast seminars during the year
• Bring new ideas to the company that will improve the sales cycle
• Visiting key contacts within territory. Prepare quotes in consultation with the Sales Manager
• Achieve KPI’s for the role
