Description of Role: 

You will be responsible for driver and Fleet Performance/Compliance, Cost Control, Vehicle Accidents, KPI and Driver Telematics

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         To support the transport team to deliver high quality service to our internal and external customers.

·         To support in the effective overall running of the fleet. Clear emphasis is on driving down cost

·         To capture and record all information related to vehicle accidents

·         To ensure that the fleet meets all its statutory and Operational License obligations and that procedures and policies are in line with those outlined by DVSA.

·         To drive down accident rates by controlling data capture

·         To review our Telematics data and identify drivers that require training

·         To conduct gate checks and vehicle inspections

·         Drive initiatives to improve level of compliance throughout the fleet with a view to control cost and reduce vehicle damages

·         To champion FORS Standard and ensure site are FORS ready
