Graduate Sales Executive – Full training, company car

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

A challenging and rewarding opportunity perfect for a confident and ambitious graduate to join a professional, national business supplying premium products to prestigious clients in the hospitability industry. This role is vital and will make a real impact in the business.

 

You will receive in depth training to develop your technical product knowledge and a real understanding of the processes and impressive client base through spending time with key management and working alongside experienced professionals.

 

You will be successful in this role by achieving maximum sales profitability and growth through personally contacting and securing new business accounts and clients. When you are fully up to speed with the business and its operation, you will be responsible for:

·         Establishing and developing business relationships

·         Promoting and selling products and service through a relationship-based approach

·         Demonstrate product and services and assist with selecting best options to clients

·         Liaising with potential and existing clients, delivering presentations and developing written proposals and quotations

·         Researching sources for developing prospective clients

·         Creating and managing a client value plan for existing clients highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.

·         Participating in trade shows and conventions

HOURS OF WORK: 9 – 5pm Monday to Friday (flexible when visiting clients and travelling)

SALARY: £20,000 basic plus commission – uncapped OTE – Realistic 1st year earnings  £25,000.

HOLIDAY: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas closure
