Your last year of university is just around the corner and you are wondering how you can prepare for it. Take a look at our best tips for final year.
Find a routine that works for you
Firstly, set yourself a timetable where you can control your time. Include a wake up time, time you intend to do work. Make sure your including meals within your schedule as well as breaks. Its really important to schedule these breaks to keep your mind fresh and your body fed. Be flexible with yourself. If you find you want to do more reading one day then allow yourself to this is just a guide to help you be motivated.
Look after yourself
Getting stressed out about all the up-and-coming things won’t help anyone. So, make sure you schedule yourself some down time so you can just chill. Make sure you speak to your friends and family about how you are feeling with it all. Reach out to your friends at university and see if you can create a support group. You can arrange for regular meet ups to discuss how the days/weeks going. Maybe turn that meet up in to a walk around campus to discuss this was your also exercising.
Dedicate time to your graduate job search

Use all the resources that are open to you.
Check with your university for additional help. They have access to The Learning Resource Centre where you can access information to support and help you with your studies. They will have access to health and wellbeing resources if you are struggling do speak out and get some help. Ask the alumni for advice, they have been there and done it.
