Roles & Responsibilities

Are you passionate about driving growth, building relationships, and diving into the world of creativity and innovation? Based in Northampton our client is a creative agency that works with clients to elevate their brands through creativity and innovation. They are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to help them expand their reach and impact in the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Market Research: Uncover new opportunities and trends to stay ahead in the market.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
  • Database Management: Continue to expand our prospect database and keep it organised and up to date.
  • Social Media: Create engaging posts and manage our presence across platforms.
  • Marketing & Sales Tools: Create innovative and fresh marketing sales and marketing material.
  • Website Management: Keep our website fresh and relevant, ensuring it reflects our passion and expertise.
  • Show Visits: Attend industry events and exhibitions to scout for new business opportunities.

Skills Required

  • Degree educated
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales and marketing.
  • A thirst for learning along with the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and great organisation skills.
  • A knack for research and uncovering new opportunities.
  • A passion for creativity and innovation in the digital and branding space.
  • Any experience in sales, marketing and/or social media management is a plus!

HOURS OF WORK: 37.5 per week – Hybrid 3 days in office
