The Graduate Recruitment Celebrates An Amazing 2024!
The Graduate Recruitment have been reflecting on what has been achieved in 2024. Over this year we have seen some amazing candidates come through our door. We are proud to of made a difference to their lives. It feels even better knowing they are also making a difference with our fabulous clients. Additionally, seeing many people promoted and progressing.
We already have some stand out 2025 graduates reaching out. Keen to start their search, we are excited to see what 2025 holds. Additionally, Outside of normal work we are delighted to share the following with you.
The Graduate Recruitment celebrated Charity in 2024
We love to support local people who are raising money for charity. As a team, we have continued to sponsor candidates & clients who have been raising money for worthy causes. Some of which with our very own team members taking part. Two particular sporting events we have been really proud to sponsor have resulted in raising money for Northampton Saints Foundation and Combat Stress.
Firstly – Northampton Saints foundation ambition is to give every person the chance for a positive future.
Inspired by the history of Northampton Saints. The Foundation uses the power of sport and the values of rugby to inspire, support and educate thousands of people every year. Additionally, their education and social inclusion programmes inspire the current generation to learn, develop new skills, increase confidence, and where appropriate return to education, training, or employment.

Secondly – Combat Stress mission is to deliver specialist treatment for veterans with complex mental health needs, whilst supporting their families and network, to help them tackle the past and take on their future. Their vision is for all former servicemen and women with complex mental health problems to live full and meaningful lives.
We also donated to many cancer charities across the year to help them continue researching this terrible disease.

University Careers Fairs
The Graduate Recruitment are always keen to visit different universities and give candidate’s an understanding of how we can help them when that time comes to find a role.
One of our stand out fairs this year has been at Northampton University. They combined the careers fair with raising money for charity. They also had a photographer on site to assist in building students LinkedIn profiles. Great to feel such a buzzing positive environment.
We got to meet so many students who were due to graduate between 2025 and 2027. It was amazing to see lots of excited people looking into their futures and being very professional when approaching us.

We were delighted to be awarded “Best Graduate Recruitment Specialists 2024 Midlands” from AI Global Media. Without a doubt awards like this really do make us proud to be able to help graduates look in to the future and achieve their dreams.

We are happy to continue to sponsor Northampton Mavericks. Created by a forward thinking sports management graduate. He felt there was a real need for a Basketball team in the area. He created it from scratch, building a successful and inclusive team, additionally getting into the league and really impressing with the quality of playing.
The Mavericks are a close knit group with a squad of supporters watching on the side lines from parents, partners to kids, so come along if you want to watch.
