We’re looking for a new Consultant!

Due to the growth we are now looking to recruit a dynamic graduate with drive and a passion for helping graduates secure job opportunities/places on schemes.

We strive to offer a truly consultative recruitment service with fully trained, knowledgeable Consultants who are able to offer an effective recruitment solution to every one of our clients.

Your key responsibilities will be; using business development, sales and marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business, working towards agreed targets and kpi’s, building relationships with clients and candidates; developing relationships with universities and attending events with clients

You must also advertise vacancies appropriately by placing adverts on job boards, through social media and with universities, work with the team to ensure vacancies are advertised, use the candidate database to find the right person for the client’s vacancy, receive and review applications and interview new candidates and create a shortlist of candidates

For our role you must be educated to a degree level, relevant to role, have a full driving license and transport, be confident and driven and have a can-do attitude.
