2022 has been and gone. Here is our year in review, as well as some of the highlights from the year.
Working closer with Uni’s
This year, we have been delighted to have worked closer with many top universities, offering students 1-2-1 meet ups with our consultants so we can help them secure their dream job. We have been working with them on their CVs, get them ready for applying for jobs and schemes, and also preparing them for what to expect in assessment days and interviews.
We have helped some amazing talent secure fantastic opportunities.
Award Winning Team
Being awarded not one, but two recruitment awards for our work in the industry has been an amazing accomplishment.
We are proud be been named the Recruitment Agency of the Year and Nationwide Graduate firm of the year!
Charity
The Graduate pride themselves on helping local charities and volunteers. Whether this means donating to local charities that are trying to reach a milestone or raising awareness of more national charity work for work to eradicate cancer or dementia.
In 2022 we assisted a local establishment with their “help with loneliness campaign”. This is a group that has been set up to help pensioners in the community that needs somewhere warm to go, have a warm meal, and get support so they don’t feel lonely.
Another campaign we have also offered our support to a local 10-year-old girl from a military family who was asking for sponsorship. She took part in a walking challenge, helping to raise money for the Royal British Legion. The challenge was to walk 121 miles over the month. She raised a fantastic amount of £310 and even managed to complete the challenge by the 23rd of November!
New Hybrid cars have arrived!!!
Subsequently, knowing we are doing our part for the environment as we pull up to meetings. Every bit helps make the world a cleaner environment.

Sponsorship
Another successful year as a sponsor of the Northampton Mavericks, our local basketball team. This year they playing for the national league and have been smashing games each weekend.
The games have taken them across the UK from Northampton to Kent, and Milton Keynes to name a few. The team have fully dedicated themselves to each game.
