Our client is a successful and well-established creative manufacturer and distributor based in the UK producing multiple ranges of exceptional quality products. With new collections launched every week they are a fast-paced business, supplying a wide variety of businesses worldwide.

Roles & Responsibilities

To develop visual assets that will captivate, inform, inspire, and persuade, enabling us to achieve and exceed our business goals. To be a brand guardian ensuring consistency in our global portfolio.

Key Measures:

  • Effectiveness of the B2C marketing activity as measured by key metrics particularly ROI
  • Achieving the marketing team’s targeted consumer database growth
  • Strength of brand visibility across all marketing channels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and manage our visual brand assets, including website content, social media content, catalogues/brochures, B2C and B2B marketing materials, presentations, packaging, internal communication, and newsletters, ensuring they meet the company standards and brand expectations accurately, achieving consistency across all marketing channels
  • Work closely with the other members of the internal and wider marketing team to understand and contribute to their ideas, producing innovative visual content which will effectively assist in achieving the company’s goals and objectives, whilst meeting budgets and deadlines
  • Be proactive in developing new ideas and visual concepts to present to the business that will assist in the successful growth of our B2C sales, cost and ROI should be considered
  • Have a good understanding of our industry and main competition to make considered improvements to our current visual brand assets that will set us apart from other brands
  • Review the existing design processes and implement solutions for improvements
  • Manage our internal media centre so colleagues can easily find and access images and other assets
  • Edit our long and shortform videos and create eye catching intros and thumbnails
  • Develop the internal space we have for filming and photography so we can be more versatile, including for Facebook lives or similar
  • Complete regular graphics training to keep on top of new techniques and implement where appropriate

Skills Required

  • Graphic design degree
  • 3 years relevant graphic design experience following completion of a graphic design degree
  • A good understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary visual style and layouts depending on the project
  • Proficiency across the Adobe creative software suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Canva
  • Skilled in every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable
  • A creative thinker with the ability to solve problems
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously and proactively with excellent time-management and organisation skills
  • Able to multi-task and manage different projects at one time
  • Experience in Microsoft Office

HOURS OF WORK: 37.5 Monday to Friday – Hybrid working

HOLIDAY: 25 days plus bank holidays.
